Provide HLA-C, -B, -A, and optionally HLA-G alleles to compute which inhibitory KIRs have their cognate ligand present. Start typing for suggestions.

HLA-G is the ligand for KIR2DL4. If not entered, KIR2DL4 will show "no data" in the interaction table. HLA-G*01:01 is the most common allele.

FW = framework gene (present in all individuals). B = B-haplotype defining gene. Pre-checked genes reflect a typical A-haplotype profile — uncheck any that are absent. Allele format: KIR2DL1*001 or KIR2DL1*00101.
